WHO IS DAVUT TÜRKOĞLU? | Entrepreneur, Investor, and Technology Visionary

Davut Türkoğlu is a visionary businessperson focused on technology in both Turkey and the international arena. He was born in 1983 in Bakırköy, Istanbul, and is originally from Bayburt. He completed his primary, secondary, and high school education in Istanbul. After earning a degree in Business Administration in Anatolia, he completed his MBA (Management Sciences) at Gebze Technical University. Throughout his education, he participated in numerous professional certification and training programs in areas such as entrepreneurship, leadership, NLP, coaching, and strategic management.

He took his first step into professional life with a project accepted under the 6th Framework Programme of the European Union, supported by KOSGEB and TÜBİTAK. He is able to communicate at an intermediate level in English and German.

To date, Davut Türkoğlu has led various ventures, five of which are still actively operating. During his management career, he has held strategic positions in different companies both domestically and internationally and has played an active role in building technology-based infrastructures.

Specializing in entrepreneurship, crowdfunding, venture capital investment funds, and early-stage tech investments, Türkoğlu supports numerous startups as an investor.

In 2025, Davut Türkoğlu was honored as the “Businessman of the Year” at the Turkey-Europe Business World Awards Ceremony, recognizing his leadership in technology across all areas of work. The award was presented by retired Vice Admiral Cihat Yaycı.

Social Responsibility and Volunteering

Türkoğlu also plays a leading role in raising social awareness. He organizes various social campaigns for orphaned and underprivileged children. Additionally, he actively participates in donation and volunteering programs of NGOs such as the TEMA Foundation and AÇEV.
